About Century

Headquartered in Richmond BC, and with factories in China Century Electronics is a full-solution provider for CATV passive/active products. We offer product design, OEM manufacturing, component supply and CATV equipment repair in Canada. The majority of our business is in North America and South East Asia.

In 1986 former GI and Century III technical employees created Century Electronics. It was initially a division of Jerrold (GI), designed to provide warranty service, and field engineering to customers in Western Canada. Moreover, we provide warranty services for Shaw Cable System and Motorola. We also export North American CATV products to East Asia.

Century has developed a corporate structure to serve the needs of its OEM customers with the ability to supply tailor made products as per their unique requirements. From a completely new device to a replacement module or application specific modifications, we can do the engineering, design and production work. All You Need Is The Idea.

Centuries is also compliant with SCTE, ROHS, CSA/UL & CE standards.

 

Mission

Century’s goal is to provide a quality product at a reasonable price, which we have done since 1986. Our CATV products have been in use by major MSO’s for many years with an extremely low failure rate. Our 3-year warranty makes Century a name you can trust!
Apart from providing great quality products and service, Century Electronics has been working closely with electronic component manufacturers and our customers to help manage lead free products and meet legislation requirements in Canada and in our international markets.
